Join us on Fridays for yoga in the gallery with instructors Stephanie Gwaltney or Dara Melissa Dunn who guide all experience levels in a Hatha Flow session from 10am-11am.
Minimum of 5 participants per session. Bring your mat and any other materials you think you might want to have for your practice.
Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
