Participants do not need artistic experience. The workshop focuses on wellness, reflection, and engagement rather than artistic ability.

  • Qualified Mental Health Professional-Adult (QMHP-A)
  • Author of Coping With Color
  • Public Speaker and Workshop Facilitator
